I'd like to know this too. I very much dislike most vegetables. They have their place in my diet, but I don't eat as much as I should. After reading this post I bought a 6er of V8 to try it out and the shit aint bad, i could do a couple of those a day no prob.
Considering they're only 35 cals per can I think a couple a day would be alright. Sugars and sodium are kind of high but unless you're competing I wouldn't stress too much.
You still need veggies though. Some raw peppers, mushrooms, carrots, celery, etc dipped in olive oil and vinegar with some spices.......pretty good. Frozen veggies....nuke and eat....easy and not bad either. You should find some way to enjoy your vegetables because nothing can compare the benefits of vegetables.
