Opinions on first, Testosterone-e cycle

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker here.. getting ready to finally pull the trigger and do my first cycle.
I've been doing research for months and I think that I'm ready, however I appreciate any opinions or criticism that
veterans can offer.

Some background info:
23 years old
Lifting seriously for 3 years, on and off for 2 or 3 before that.
Diet has been in 95% in check for over a year now.
I feel like I've gotten very close to reaching my maximum potential and would like to try a cycle.

5'9, 180lbs, around 12-13% BF. lifts are: Bench:225, Deadlift 335, Squat 295. Have basically been hovering around these weights for a few months even on a fairly high calorie high protein diet.

My workout routine: 3 day split lifting with 1 day focused entirely on cardio..
Day 1: Chest, Triceps
Day 2: Legs, Bi's, Abs
Day 3: Back, Shoulders
Day 4: Cardio (45 mins running, 15-30 mins swimming)

The cycle I want to do is a simple Test-e 12 week cycle.

Week 1-12:
250mg 2x a week Test-e
Week 3-18
0.25mg Arimidex ED
Week 14-17
40mg Nolvadex ED
Week 14-18
50mg Clomid ED

I haven't gotten any gear yet so any suggestion in changes on post cycle therapy (pct) compounds is welcome, however I'm pretty set on Test-e.

The cycle is a very good first cycle. The problem is your age bud. There are risks to talking aas when your body and hormones aren't matured. If you haven't looked into this already, look into it. You may change your mind and wait a few years. Remember this bro. It's not so much now that were worried about, its later in life. We as users need to realize that we need to live our lives to the fuliest and best we can. So be as safe as you can.
 
whats up big herm. I'm 35 years old 6'3 250 lbs. with a body fat of 29% which i know is very bad. I work out 4 days a week trying to keep size and loose body fat. I have being working out for 4 months. I just took my first shot of Test. Enanthate 4 days ago, 10 week cycle and definately feel stronger in the gym. my concern is 2000 calories enough to gain a little more mass while trying to burn body fat? I eat about 150 grams of protein and 160 carbs. I eat brown rice, veggies/fruits for carbs and chicken breast, tuna and protein shakes for protein. I do 15 minutes cardio after a 45 minute weightlifting work out. will test. e make me get fat or will it enhance the fat burn faster than if i was not on it? will i gain mass on 2000 calories or will I just turn fat into muscle? please help. My workout is below.

look at my picture on the picture member form, u judge bro, worked out all the time, and fell into a drinking spree ( alcoholic) and got some excess bf to shed, was eating like shit before and drinking
been clean off the booze for 7 months now ( sober) kept a low carb diet, high protein, and limited my sugar and sodium intake
and added in 10-15 min cardio daily after an hour intense weight workout!
check it out just posted a updated pic tonight, i am currently on my 5th week of 400 test c a week bro
Mind u i have been on previous cycles before the drinking got bad bro, and once it got totally outta control so did my body and brain lol, back at it hard in the gym, gym is my life ( love it)

Bro your bf is super high. Aas is not a fat burner or they would've called them fat burners. The reason your feeling stronger is mental. You won't feel anything untill week 4ish. Sorry bro but you went about this the wrong way. You won't gain muscle on a 2000 cal diet. The more bf you have the more you aromatize. You shoulve shed fat with fat burners before you cycled. Your cycle could possibly be a waste. You shpuld stop now when your prob not shutdown, diet, and try to shed is much fat as you can then cycle. The higher bf equals more sides and eating at 2000 calls isnt gonna feed your body the nutrition it needs to gain muscle. Aas makes us anabolic but food is what makes us grow. You may want to think about a better option now.
 
300 of test E is not enough bro
400-500mg is decent anything less is a waste of gear!!!!!
Not for what he's doing. I run test at 250 a lot of the time but my tren at.700. He doesnt need to worry about dosages right now. He needs diet help and to get off.

it takes atleast 3-4 weeks to kick in bro
I like to run Test C or E a minimum of 12 weeks, usually run 15 weeks!
it's all in your head at this point of the game!

I wouldn't sacrifice an inch of height for 20lbs that you have plenty of time in life to gain. Your bones and things grow in as well as connective tissue and such until men are 24-26. Its not much at this point but anything that causes more strength in the wrists or adds size to your little manstick is worth the wait.
 
My long term health is definitely my number one priority and if one 12 weeks cycle at 23 could jeopardize that it's not worth it for me. Thanks for the advice.
 

This is me now. im 6 foot 3 250 pounds i took one week of 300 testosterone enanthate out of 10 weeks. my question is if I eat more than 2000 calories will i get too fat? just limit your carb intake like potato's, white bread, shit like that
keep it lean, like chicken breast, fish ect
try to eat small portions throughout the day as well
keep the cardio like what u are doing 10-15 min after a hard weight workout, and u should notice some diference
depending on how your diet was before ( probably not to good), so like i stated stick to a good diet and cardio and u should see a drop in weight, remember u choose what u wanna do, u can cut just fine with a test only cycle or bulk but recommend u cutting man and limit those cals!
also it usually takes 3-4 weeks for test e to kick, so dont get flustered, and by 6-7 weeks u start to notice physical changes!

Thanks man I was getting a little discouraged wondering if taking test e without being lean will result in getting me fatter. Then can I assume that this cycle will mostly be for shedding because if I do a calorie surplus I will mostly gain fat?
 
No you can eat whatever and you still may have fat issues. No matter what your eating your more prone to sides because of your fat cells. You aromatize more. I still think you should hold off drop some bf then start your cycle. High bf also shows a lack of dedication. You don't pin steroids and you get big. Aas makes your body anabolic but food is what makes you grow. If you can't eat a high clean calorie intake you might as well not cycle because your not gonna gain muscle and cause more sides cause your bf is high.
