Opinions Please - Can't Orgasm on Test/Mast Cycle

Hello everyone, I am presently in only my 3rd real cycle (4th if you count an Anavar cycle)

My cycle consists of:
Test C - 500 mg wk Week 1-12
Masteron E - 400 mg week - Weeks 1-12
Tbol - 60 mg day - Week 1-5
HCG - 250 to 500 iu twice a week
Arimidex - .25 mg every day
clomid/Nolva PCT

So in general what is happening is higher than normal libido, but having a tough time finishing. I've read a few posts that are similar on the internet, and as good as this may sound for my wife, she is more concerned that she is not attractive to me any longer. (And she is still pretty hot. LOL)

So you know I am 50 years old, 5'9", 200 lbs now and the photo is me. I'm guessing 14% body fat.

I am assuming I am not controlling estrogen levels properly, so about a week ago, I dramatically reduced the Arimidex to about .25 mg every 3 or 4 days. It has changed my orgasm, where I can get there, but no intensity at all. With the drop in Adex, I am not getting any signs of gyno, but bloat has been a bit of an issue. First I was wondering if the Tbol is really Dbol but I did not get the weight or strength I have gotten from Dbol. (Sorry, I'm off track)

Has anyone experienced this before and come to a conclusion if estrogen was too high or too low. (Maybe I need more Arimidex and not less?)
Getting regular bloodwork in Canada is not as easy as I hoped, without doctors asking a lot of questions, and I prefer to leave out the details of why I need it. Getting copies of your own blood work here is even difficult. (Not to mention even finding a family doctor who is competent)

Any advice would sure be appreciated.

I agree with Canadian docs being difficult. Best not to say too much to them!
You do need to do blood work though for elevated hemoglobin, hematocrit, liver enzymes....and so on.
I know Deca messes with climax that way...
.25 mg of Adex seems about right. It has a half life of 48 hours...you can take 0.5 mg EOD as well.

Retarded ejaculation is psychological. If you're able to acheive a normal erection but unable to ejaculate, it's all in your head. You'll need to relieve yourself from stressors surrounding you and look for help with drugs that target the brain.

Just how long are you penetrating the wife bro that you can't climax?
Is she orgasm' g at least?
Is she sore, in pain e.t.c.?

It's not psychological at all. (well it is since it became a problem) This is real. You see, it's something I can test when alone too. LOL. So I really do know it's different. Very few stressors in my life.

Drugs that target the brain? What does that even mean? What drugs are you talking about?

Deca messes with prolactin and I went through that too. Who knows, maybe it was not even the Deca and was my estrogen again. I thought the Arimidex dose sounded good too. I've read that Mast can act as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) too, so to be careful not to add too much Arimidex. Some time ago I did a Test/Anavar cycle and was advised to take 1 mg every 2 days. That seemed to work well, but likely too much Arimidex.

I've read elsewhere that estrogen levels from Test and/or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) can cause climax issues. It's simply that it is not as sensitive, and can't get so aroused to climax.

Just hoping someone else has seen it and found it to be either too low or too high estrogen.

Other than that, I'll keep testing it. Next week, I'll take more than .25 mg of Arimidex a day.

Who knows, my Adex might be crap, which means too much estrogen.

I'm a very lucky man, as soon as I penetrate my wife she climaxes, and anything after that is just a bonus for her. Well after 45 minutes and a few bonuses she is done. And at 50 years old, so am I, whether I climaxed or not.

It does seem to be making her try a bit harder though. LOL

I'm at the age where young bucks at the gym talk about having sex all night, and my only thought is "Why?"

Well, we are not yet advanced enough to treat retarded ejaculation. science today, only points to psychological, so there is no other possible answer, unless someone brings a study forward and finds a cure.

I use Oxytocin, but if you can't get that prescribed, try L-Tryptophan as it will trigger serotonin production.

I had that happen a long time too...was taking Viagra once when this happened. If you have sex frequently, and you are not extra sensitive. Kind of common. It's all in your head(top one) bro.

I'd agree with you if this didn't only happen when I'm on a cycle. I'll look up those drugs though. I thought retarded ejaculation was a comment about my intellect. (Now it will be. LOL)

I still believe it is about estrogen levels. I climax normally when I come off cycle.

We'll see if anyone else has come across this. Maybe I am just getting too damn old.

Estrogen can affect the ability to get and maintain an erection, but I've never heard of it causing a delayed orgasm. This might sound silly, but have you ever had a sleep study? Apnea can raise cortisol levels, which can in turn mess with other hormones including dopamine and prolactin - which can effect your ability to orgasm. Just a thought.

My .02c :)

Retarded is the proper term for the condition.

Anyway, the reason I didn't lean towards estrogen is because you're not suffering any other side effects. Too much or too little estrogen have very notable side effects.

The fact that it happens on cycle is makes it more evident that it's psychological due to the hormonal changes. Anyway, I'll leave this alone, keep us updated and hopefully you have it resolved soon.

Best of luck to you.

Is it High or low estrogen that effects orgasm in men?
Cause I have a problem I need to get out too after reading this stuff. I have the opposite problem!
I've been on Adex E3D @ 0.25 mg and can't control myself long enough...been off everything a year now...TRT too!

Been on Adex E3D 0.25 mg to support some natural T since it's all I got on hand now and wife is happy I am functioning...
but bro I can't last that long!!!
is lower E2 messing me up?
thing is I feel this mild dose of Adex does something for my natural T...
I'd like to drop it but have no Nolva or Clomid on hand at present.

I think it's hormonal and age related. Sometimes now (at 45) I will just loose sensitivity and have to regroup, but hard on stays fine. Other times I can be a 2 pump-chump (not quite, but you get the point).
Good luck!
And, brother, I think 14%BF is high, your abs are well defined so I'd guess 10'ish

Both. Estradiol at either extreme can cause erection issues. That's why it's important to get blood tests to know which is going on, if it is indeed E2 related.

My E2 has always been in check on bloodwork....
78 pmol/L and 95 pmol/L respectively while on this 0.25 Mg ADEX protocol from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc
Range: 0-161 pmol/L
Without it I'm at 200 pmol/L
Do we need some estrogen as guys?

Erections ain't much of an issue...too much sensitivity is...
maybe its me...who knows..

You'd have to see a urologist, I recently went in for the same issue, too much sensitivity and I can't hold out long enough. She prescribed a lidocaine / prilocaine cream, you apply it and it numbs you down there so it reduces the sensitivity and so you can hold out longer. I tried it and it's pretty effective major difference from how I am without it. However, it's awkward putting it on, you have to saran wrap it for 15 min for the cream to work.

There's another way to be able to hold out longer which is through SSRI's we tried the cream first but, I have a follow up appointment in a couple weeks and I'm going to ask if we can try SSRI's it would be way more convenient and easier to just pop a pill and not have to deal with the cream but, I'm not sure how well it will work if sensitivity is the issue but, worth trying.

I'm on the SSRI for quite a while....
15 mg a day (low dose) weening off it...
20 mg was less sensitive.
When I did a 500 mg T cycle years ago...it was ridiculous...
barely touched the wife and done.
