Hey guys.

As naps have a sale on i want to order my next cycle.
I won't be running it until March as i am already on one.

I am currently on this cycle.
1-10 Test E 600mg
10-14 Sustabolic 600mg

I dropped a vial so switched to Sust.


I was recommended this by a Vet on another board and most agreed.
1- 10 Test @ 600mg/week
10-16 Test @ 800mg/week
1- 13 Deca @ 300mg/week
1- 6 Dbol @ 50mg/day
10-15 Bolasterone @ 50mg/day

AI's- Aromasin + Proviron
HCG 1000iu/ week 2-16

What do you guys think ?

185lb-200lb still on cycle so weight will change.

That was First cycle.

Really want to build as much mass as possible as this will be my last cycle.

I join the Commando's this year so will be away and not have the luxury to do any more for a few years.
 
Well bro, if you truly want the most bang out of a cycle, go with short esters. Test-prop and nandrolone phenylpropionate. Those 5day half lives would kick in super quick and act too fast for estrogen related sides. Then they clear in 6days so post cycle therapy (pct) is to begin much earlier so more can be ideally kept.. Just my .02
 
Deca 600 week and test e at 800. Fuck dbol. If u haven't ran deca before and u run it at 600 a week you will explode. Since your not gonna take anything for a few years when u do jump back on I'm sure u could run deca at a lower dose and still see gains. But I promise u will love the deca at that dose. Just watch for sides!!!
 
thats way to much gear for a 2nd cycle. run less gear for a longer cycle imo , maybe 500 of test and 500 of deca for 16-20 weeks.
 
Was going to drop the Dbol.
Save some cash.
Would like to keep the Deca at 300mg for the first 4 weeks then up the dose to 400mg the sides where non existent.
 
I think you should drop the doses. No need for 800mg of test on a second cycle imo.

I'd run 600mg test and 300mg deca. That's a good ratio for a first time run with deca.

When the time is right let us know how that gp bolasterone works for you.
 
imo i will do 600mg test 500mg deca make sure u run the test more then the deca like 3weeks. u should be goosd bro.. have some hcg from the 2week at 250iu all the way to the end u will be good....
 
Has anyone tried Bolasterone ?
From what i gather it was one of the best steroids around at one point.
Until it was counterfeited then it stopped production ?
 
when are you going into the Commandos Blaze? Because if its within 3-6 months after you end that next cycle, i wouldn't waste my time doing another cycle. Reason being your body will be recovering for a while and once you start all that hardcore training you will DEFINITELY lose mass, especially if you gain a good bit with the Deca, which you should if you do things right. Your body will be dying to return to homeostasis and you will lose size. That is not what you want. I would finish this cycle and spend the next few months making sure you recover fully. Get into a nice lean physique and then go balls out in the service.

Believe me, this is the best approach if you are going in this year like you say.

If not, or you just don't wanna take that advice (lol), i agree its too much gear for you. I personally would do a test only cycle again. If you do add the deca, i would do 500/400 test/deca, or even 500/300. No reason to increase or decrease the dosages. All the other shit you don't need.

More gear doesn't always mean more gains Blaze. Good luck.
 
you're going to lose mass regardless, but rj is definitely right.

if the commandos are anything like the us specops the shit is rigorous and you don't get to eat like a beast throughout. you'll probably lean out, and you don't want to go into that anything but 100% prepared. you sure don't want to do it not having had the time to fully recover from a roid cycle, nor do you want to do it having been on juice for the better part of the past year and wanting to get back on.

save the second cycle for after if you're planning on heading in in 2011.

and i mean as for trying to get huge and "strong" before going.... you need functional muscle not weight room mirror muscle.
i would be focusing on stretching and explosive core compound movements. anything designed strictly for mass is pointless, save that for AFTER you get thru. I'd be using bands with the iron and doing explosive movements designed to focus on fast twitch muscles and on building strength.

plyo is king right now too.

when i went thru i was incredibly thankful for all the explosive leg work i'd done throughout my life between the weight room, leg work to focus on my vertical and the hours of basketball every day.

Was kind of thinking this myself TBH.
I will lose most of the gains.
Its 48 Weeks of ball busting training.
And i won't have the luxury of a 5000 calorie meal on a day to day basis.

Guess i will just leave it for now.

I am sure there will be plenty of other deals on when i come back.

holy shit thats almost a year dude. For sure you wanna NOT do any more cycles.

Ez is right about Plyo work and core strength. Functional muscle is where its at and that is what you need.

is this the royal commandos? How strict is the training? You get any liberty during that 48 weeks? Phone? Internet? i can't imagine no pussy for almost a year. I've done six months on ship and couldve fucked a tailpipe when i got home.

A big tailpipe of course. :D

Guessing the training is pretty strict as its special forces.
Its 32 weeks.
Don't know where i got 48 lol.

6 weeks off during the year and all public holidays.
You get phone calls and Internet during the training not so sure about that when your away,

Can't imagine what it would be like to go 6 month with no pussy.......
Only thing i am bothered about is going there and coming back 4 years later looking like a skinny fuck.

The U.S does thanksgiving and Christmas for holidays. Dont know about SAF though, or Rangers. Be sure and have enough time for post cycle therapy (pct) before you go. From my experience cycling before deploying with little post cycle therapy (pct) was super dumb. Crashing hormones and dead bodies was not fun.

Shit is super tough... I may try myself out in that area, but maybe in a year or so.

Get back at me with how it is.

The only part I think I would need to work on is that 15 mile run in combat boots.

45 Commando Royal Marine
Yeah got myself a pair and been doing 45min runs in them.
There a pain in the ass but you get used to them.

That seems like nothing compared to the training in Norway.
