There are plenty of epi users here and tons of logs. Most new users do fine with 30 mg per day. But I'll be the first to say what everyone is thinking..you're too young and you don't need it yet. How long have you been training? What are your goals? Have you researched all the ancillary necessities that go along with an epi cycle? PCT? Etc etc...
Don't take this the wrong way I'm not trying to be rude but everyone will tell you the same thing. Exhaust natural gains first while your young, then turn to PH/AAS.
I'd advise against a ph at your age....but if you're hell bent on using something I'd probably say epi is about the mildest you can get. An alternative would be to look into sarms products, as they are less suppressive and come without the liver/heart/etc problems you see with aas. you also get better (yes, better!) dry gains with s4 or mk-2866 from sarmssearch than you do with epi or hella. They may not sound as sexy (s4, mk, Gw, jesus) but they et the job done. Check out sarmssearch.com. They are legit and definitely worth investigating before you get into epi. One caveat is they're expensive; BUT when you factor in all the liver support and extra pct stuff you'll need with phs, it's probably less expensive to get sarms.
This is what I experienced with epi...
I did two cycles , both were four weeks at 30mg/day
Pros:
Strength gains after about 7 days
Increased libido with harder erections
Harder leaner looking muscles.( I was cutting at the time so that helped)
Aggression
Cons:
Low back/kidney pain. Take taurine for this
Pain full dry joints. Take fish oils and or cissus.
Testicle pains at week 3.
Aggression. Good for the gym. Not for the girlfriend.
So its good with bad. Take tudca for liver support and follow up with PCT. Yes you need a serm. There were other support suppps involved too but this is the nutshell version.
6 weeks is a long time to use epi. For me personally, I was done after 4 weeks. The low back and testicle pain wasn't worth it to run any longer. Besides I was craving margaritas and while on PHs drinking is a definite no no. Hard to say how much lean mass i gained since I was cutting fat at the same time. My hpta restored quickly with nolvadex/forged post cycle, and DAA
running compounds without the proper diet and discipline is a complete waste of time
