Oral Turanabol help please ?

Ok so I have done a fair bit of research and im sterring towards oral turanabol only cycle because of its results and no estrogenic sides ,also its apparently mild on the liver which is a positive because I don't want to fuck myself over cause im so young ,now some people say you need a post cycle therapy (pct) and others say you don't so any inputs would be nice I was wondering what youse think towards this oral and who ever has used it before what did u experience between gains and sides and actually how bad is it for my liver, I was gunna run it 40 to 50 mgs a day for 6 weeks
im currently 18 yrs old about 5'9 feet and weigh 84.4 kg ive been training for roughly about 2 years have been training really serious for about a year with counting macros and dieting proplerly and training 6 days a week, i have put on roughly 10 kilo in the year,
I currently am eating 340grams of carbs a day and 300 grams of protein ,eating 7 times a day , I really want to get over 90 kg so I need abit of a boost to help .
so any suggestions would be appreciated ?
benching 120
squatting 140
shoulder pressing 44kg dumbells
incline pressing 50kg dumbells
shrugging 200 kg on free weight bar
deadlifting 180

Your 18 dont touch anything you have youth on yer side take advantage of it i,m 42 and just did first cycle no bullshit.I was 6 4 and was 150 till about grade 9 through high school maybe 175 hit the gym in late grade 12 and put on so much weight people thought i was doing steriods.I just started at right time you,ll grow just eat and workout your just starting to go from a kid to a adult your 18.
 
plus oral only you,ll lose most of your gains and wont wanna train after just wait till your least 25 let your body grow id love to be at that age again your nat test is just starting keep deadlifting bud
 
For one you never Do oral only cycles they still shout down your natural test production. With no test u have no dick. And your way to young to b taking anything. It will mess you up, and I speak first hand about that. When I was 19-20 I did a few oral cycles. Wile your on you feel good but as soon as you off you feel like shit bc ur natty test is shout down, and your gains will b gone within a month. Then when u get into your middle 20's you'll have low T... So I sugest for you to continue naturaly and study up on AAS and diet. Your diet is what makes you grow. Without the fuel to ur muscles they won't b able to grow. That goes with or without AAS... So go to the diet forum and learn how to bulk. Then go hit the gym for a few years

yea youse are right I am young and do have a lot of time ahead of me but what is AAS?
and is there anything out there worth doing why im young like peps or something > even sus or something like that

Yeah you can eat like a horse, train hard, get plenty of sleep, eat healthy foods. Take your protein shakes and creatine and you'll get bigger. You gotta be dedicated and by doing so when you're 25, if you still want to do gear you should be ready by then. Until then keep reading and researching as much as possible.
 
bud i'm doing my first cycle at the age of 21 and everyone advises me against it. i ran tbol at 50mg and all it did for me was a greater pump

you CANT do an oral only cycle, your natural test will be punished and your gains will go to waste, as everyone says eat well and keep it clean, go grab some protein, creatine and glutamine and lift heavy!

the reason you shouldnt go on any gear yet is because your body is still developing and going through hormonal changes, in simplified terms if you use gear you are giving your body testosterone, your developing body pretty much says hey i'm getting all i need and more from this and starts to stop producing testosterone, and because you havent fully developed yet you lose the ability to naturally produce testosterone, and end up having low test levels for the rest of your life and experience problems like erectile dysfunction, depression etc

lay off the gear for a few more years, you're 18 and you will continue to gain really well over the next few years, i was 18 and weighed in at 68kg, after 3 years of lifting i'm the same height(178cm) and 86kg... go into the gym and kill it! best of luck bud

THanx bro yea youse are right ive been eating like a horse and trying to get a minimum 8 hours sleep plus im taking a daily multis , krill oil, protein Branch chain aminos and creatine , and yea I was just intrusted caus eit feels like im at my peak and I cant get any bigger for my body like I train legs 2 a week and calves 3 times a week to try and get them to grow because they arnt the biggest things in the world but they just don't want to grow for me everything else seems to grow but them even if I train them 2 times a week it sucks , not sure if its genetics or what but no excuses right ... I jst have to keep pushing and eventully the will hopefully grow like they have grown a little but nothing outstanding you know ,that's why I thought of orals to give them abit of a boost
 
If your calves are struggling you can train them ED or EOD. I prefer EOD for my calves. They're jsut like your abs. You most likely won't overtrain them. You don't need a lot of weight just a lot of reps.

can see where you're coming from, my calves are really strong, i mean i'm 84kg and can do way more than some of the 120kg plus guys who have huge calves, think it comes down to genetics as well... try mixing things up, for example when it comes to standing calf raises i have to add an extra 20kg to the machine as i can do the whole weight stack, a mate suggested i go use the leg press machine and add extra weight and do calf raises there, needless to say i couldnt walk the next day, or if you're doing 3/4 sets of 12 try build up sets etc, there are other discussion forums on training and diet plans etc, there's some great info on there, be sure to check out 3j diets
