since it looks like you guys like your shakes try this one:
All right bros this is one of my favs.
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
6-8 ozs of water (skim milk)
4-6 ice cubes (more or less depending on the desired thickness)
1-2 peeled oranges
Mix in blender on med for 1 minute and enjoy.
