ostarine progress pics

hey guys, been about a month since i posted on here because i was talking about doing a cutting cycle...

well bare with me because i dont have much details right now, just kinda excited to show you guys my progress 3 weeks into my cycle of ostarine.

i know theres not too much rat research on ostarine right now besides whats "published" officially, but i think this stuff is a really good alternative if your not too comfortable with a full aas cycle.

DIET: grilled chicken, vegetables, and isolate protein. (i am on low carbs right now because i can bulk easy but its hard for me to cut with my body type)

NEGATIVE SIDES: havent had any side effects (yet, still in the middle of the cycle).

POSITIVE SIDES: have noticed a bit happier and more confident, but im sure thats based off the results im getting. my pumps are better then any preworkout drink you can imagine. noticed more vascular all over.


DISCLAIMER: now i know i need to work more on the abs and im working hard on my lower chest too to square of my tits and a few other parts like abs more, BUT IM POSTING THIS PICS BECAUSE I WANT TO SHOW YOU GUYS THIS STUFF WORKS AND IM IMPRESSED IN IT.


THIS IS PURELY SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT TYPE OF RESULTS YOU MAY EXPECT.

im sure you can guess which is before and which is after... in my before pic im at 173 pounds... 3 weeks into ostarine im now at 198 pounds. :) still got another 3 weeks to go.

***dosage: im running it at 25mg a day, not splitting it, just oral 25mg in the morning (24 HOUR HALF LIFE, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND)

Bro, not trying to bash on you. But all of these gains could of been made naturally. This is an S4 type correct?
 
its the newer SARM. i was going to get s4 itself but after doing a lot of research, it seemed that mk-2866 ostarine was more potent, i know it could all be done naturally, but this was purely for imformative purposes.

theres a lot of skeptics with the new mk-2866 but not many pics of results. 15 pounds while maintaining leaness to a degree in 3 weeks is pretty impressive i must say.
 
How tall are you? I'm guessing 5 11' or 6 1'? If so your not going to really look "fat" until you get your numbers higher. Whats your previous cycle history? I'm totally not doubting your S4 stuff, just that you could have done it yourself. I remember when I tried one of my first potent PH's, shit put 25-30lbs on me, but I wasn't coming from any weight that was hard to gain from.
 
osta has a reputation for raising e2, and form your photos you look like you took on a good amount of water....you are bigger but puffier

its quite the jump in weight vs alot of the logs iv been following reading....most report good recomp effects and stamina, muscle hardening, ideal on a cut

the jury is still out on its effects on the hpta...what are your plans cycle's end?

@rougen123. yea im 5' 11. ive tried a few ph's. i think the most effective one i tried was "granite x" by rockhardformulations (out of business now ofcourse). ive had my share of winstrol and test, but that was maybe 3 years back. im not a huge fan of needles or pills, i prefer oral liquid, which seems to be in more of a UGL type of thing instead of legit manufacturers. my ultimate goal by june is 215lbs and at most 9% bf.

@djm6464 ive never heard that before about the e2 levels but ill have to definetly look into that, last thing i want is gyno, i think im more worried about getting that then temp small nuts. it def looks like i took some water weight and i think i did take a little on. i must say, muscle hardness is awesome though. thats one major pro side that i noticed so far. after im done, im looking into dealing with the needle and hopping on a test and winstrol cycle for summer.

Well ive been lifting for years and have never gained that much without taking some kind of PH. Naturally,never seen it done.Good job on your gains.

just want to ask who the hell could ever put on 25 lbs naturally in 3 weeks. a cycle of test 500mg/wk will give u 20 lbs in 3 months. good gains bro

Hey CLASSICADY, can you say how was your rutine at the gym, and how many times a week you went to the gym?.

Also, you say that you took 25 mg of OSTARINE every day, you mean the seven days of the week?

Please especify this points to understand better how you did your cicle ;)

hey fellas, i am planning my fist cycle of ostarine, and s4. i have run prohormones befor. and was just reading the logs on here to see what info was about, and prolly take a few cycle idea's. then read about this s4, and ostarine. so thought i would join and find out what its all about. im just trying to lean out at the mo. im pretty much toned already. just struggling to shift a little crap from round the waist. what would be the best does? what cycle support should i use if any. and pct? im 5.9, 35 years old. 12 and half stone. my diet is nailed. im in a cal def, i was gona run a clen cycle but read about these two so just thought id ask. i have also asked this in another thread so sorry if any of you read it there and replied. just thought i would wang it in here too cheers and peace.

Hey man I have to say my rat really likes Osta it is far superior to S4 with close to minimal sides, but I better caution you that Osta at 25mg everyday will suppress. My rat was so suppressed that even viagara would not do anything. Had no interest in sex what so ever, I mean the rats gym results were phenominal, the pumps are insane and strength is a def but suppresiveness if freaking insane. Make sure to do post cycle therapy (pct) and its all ok from there. Was giving the Rat Nolva 10mg a day for 2 weeks and it was all ok.
