my post cycle therapy (pct) starts in 13 days... just took my last shot of Test E yesterday 7/28 and I've been running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 450IU's 2x a week throughout the entire cycle
I'm going to run Nolva @ 60mg for day 1, 40mg for days 2-17, and 20mg for days 18-35
I was wondering what else I should be using to aid in my recovery and keep my mind on training hard...
I was thinking about taking Creatine starting next week (in hopes to keep my weight up, for the mental aspect), an NO supplement (for pumps and maybe some vascularity), and an energy booster pre-workout to keep me going through my workouts
what do you guys think?? and is there anything worth while to keep the libido up while i'm on my post cycle therapy (pct), cuz my girl is still going to wanna fuck and I'm going to need to be able to perform
