Ya..I don't think its hardly worth there time. If anything they are after the sellers, not trying to set some up to buy personal use THAT is allowed in Canada.

I'm always confused on the canadian law. I hear about arrests, and people have to sneak around yet its technically legal.

I tried looking up the legality of prescription pharmaceuticals - it's apparant that it's legal to own them, it's just not legal to buy or sell... I have a feeling the laws between prescription drugs and steroids are pretty similar. However I'm sure there are some law-smart guys/gals around here able to chime in.
I can get hold of them very easily. I do not participate in juicing, at least not yet, but I get a lot for everybody that wants it. Mainly NP gear, but I avoid bunk stuff like the plague so I'm forever checking their stuff. If you're still looking, I can't PM yet but maybe in a couple weeks I'll get at you.
