out of training

well .. im in spain right now.. and im going to be here and in ireland until august 15th .. that will make 4 months of me not working out

i think my fractured finger will be a little better by the end of this trip .. and i will be ready to start working out and dieting again.

would it be wise to do push ups and sit ups on this trip .. or should i just keep everything at a halt until i hit up the weights when i get back home ??
 
imo, id just do basic workouts like pushups, situps, handstand presses, chinups, etc....just to keep the body in action...and to keep some fat off as well...
