Overwhelmed and learning. New to the juice world.

Hello,
I am no noob to fitness. And always gave the juicers a little bit of a hard time. Only the young guys though. Now that i am older I have given in and feel justified in a little help. So I ran a first cycle of Dbol for 5 weeks at 25mg a day and Test C at what was supposed to be 500m a week. I eat like a damn horse anyway as a life long athlete and prior service soldier. I am no fool when it comes to diet and growth. I did experience some amazing growth with this cycle. I am one of those that is fortunate to have a pretty nice physique even in a lazy period. So the additional help was instantly noticeable by myself and those around me. However. After getting to know the guy I received my gear from I feel like I not only overpaid LIKE HELL but he is not a trustworthy and knowledgeable source for guidance. He is not that big. Runs Tren alone with no AI or PCT. I at least did some homework and got some Nolva and still had an emotional breakdown or two. ONE TIME AT WORK!!!!! Needless to say. The Nolva was not of good quality and I also suffered some water retention. Other than these complaints I suffered no ill effects. However I have worked through my PCT and am ready again to attempt an order and further educate myself. I have been reading a lot on peptides as an alternative. But the daily pins and extremely limited info available as far as experienced researched has left me more cautious and reluctant than before. So I of course read more and more into the classics. I am overwhelmed and if I can not proceed safely i will just go without. But as a 40 year old athlete with a hot wife ten years my junior. I would like some experienced advice and help. So with that having been said here is some info on myself and my goals.

40 years old
Experienced cross country athlete
186 lbs (POST CYCLE FIRST ROUND. I was 172 as a natural runner of endurance training. Since changed training for bulking).
Non smoker
Non drug user
12% Body fat post cycle
Goals are just more strength and youth retention
Size is second for me but is certainly not frowned upon.
As I have aged the amount of work has had to increase to keep the same results. However as I have aged the amount of time required is unobtainable with todays hectic pace. Hence why I am willing to break into the juice world. As stated before I feel older guys such as myself can safely use the help.

Thank you guys. I really appreciate the forums communities. Not only this one but I use others for other topics and I love the sharing of experience and knowledge we forum users are able to share. And I look forward to the same experience here.

May you all have great gains with minimal sides.

Welcome!
After having read the ass stickies and countless threads on peps and aas. I think avoiding peps due to lack of solid info is the way to go for me. I wanted to avoid aas due to the common misconceptions attached to them. But after much research have learned several realistic facts.

1. ASS used properly are relatively safe
2. Peps are too many pins too often for my taste.
3. There is almost no REAL threads conclusive as to the results and safety of peps. LOTS OF WILDLY varying opinions on them though.
4. Even the best sourced peps (even by the sponsors) have hit an miss results on purity via member reviews and experiences of this very forum. DANGEROUS when relying on PCT with research chems in this regard for PCT. After having had some emotional meltdown experience myself. I feel sourcing legit PCT is equally important as sourcing good AAS.
5. People are much more willing to point you to stickies than help you. Which is good because there are many good stickies here on aas information. VERY LITTLE OF REAL PEP though. Well, not much that are not vague anyway. I hate to point out the elephant in the room. But are forums not for DISCUSSION? What happened to discussing and helping folks. Perhaps the shear size of memberships to this particular site have lead to negative reactions to constant noobs repeating same questions. In this regard maybe a smaller forum will be more helpful to noobs.

I shall continue my vast knowledge uptake on both peps and aas. But for now will source aas the best I can. Going to try online for the first time as I feel the local guys are a little scary for my taste. Im still confused and have tons to learn. And when I ask the local guys if they have any knowledge on peps and SARMs I get a stupid look in return. Plus I have asked more basic questions otthese guys regarding aas and got some stupid looks too ( HUGE RED FLAG RAISED ). So thanks you again for pointing me to the stickies man. I appreciate it. I have learned a lot and continue to do so. Now for some shopping. Wish a guy some luck.

Welcome! As for your source.. They do seem a lil sketch and uninformed. Look around the gym more, make friends with some bigger guys even if they are younger. There are some very intelligent 25-35 yr olds. Certainly no vet but they could direct you to a better source. Local sources are usually easier to trust so be careful if you try out something international.

Thanks for the advice. Im actually extremely cautious about talking about it with anyone. I have a major role in my community and do not want the knowledge of my cycle to get out. So I have to be more careful than most. In my case since my source has proven a little untrustworthy in the advice department. I kinda have to wing it and take a chance and trust online reviews. But I also would like to mention that I do not mean to imply that the young guys dont know what they are talking about. JUST THIS ONE YOUNG GUY. LOL Just thought I should mention that. Good info is good no matter the reasonable age. When I was younger I didnt need juice. I just ate and worked. But now Im getting old. So Im ready to reap the advantages more from the ass than I was before.
