These are some points you could concider before to run like a mad-dog.
All the things before cycling.
1) You have to be at least 18… mostly older.
2)
Make an thread complete to introduce yourself, and you workout story to.
3) you have to be at least two complete years working-out regularly, have good diet and stable, an healthy way of life.
4) You have to be in a right point to start. It mean your weigh, BF%, Age. At least a gain about 20 lbs, since you started, and BF never over 15%, and being stable with your states since almost one year.
5) If your states are according with a good point to start, ALWAYS ask here what the guys think , probably, like everyone, you see yourself more advanced than like you are realy.
6) After making a thread about what you expect from a cycle, NEVER BUY SOMETHING BEFORE TO ASK.
7) One time you learn from advanced guys, than you’re ready to cycle, and they let you know about compounds, and stuff for the PCT in need for cycle. Manager your butget to buy all you need, don’t run before to get all stuff for a perfect cycle
8) Buying. If made it by the right, way, then after asking in thread, seeing sponsor of the site, and which brand is trusted, you could not be scammed.
9) You start to run, NEVER RUN A CYCLE ALONE.
10) Make a thread in the cycle section and come here regularly to lest us know about the gains, the eventual sides…
