Pain in my nuts.....wtf????

I had pain in my nuts today after workout....
I been on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2 weeks now 400 i.u. E3D...took 1 shot of Test E last week 160 mg...
I shot the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) earlier today....previous dose was on sunday.
Took care of business last on Sunday...don't know what the pains were from though.

Sharp pain...like aching in both balls. Took a piss.....then at the very end look liked a clear fluid... almost the consistency of pre cum.
I worked out about 1 hour earlier...good workout. Earlier in day lots of women to look at...felt kinda horny...maybe that had something to do with it. My libido been low lately.

Don't know about the clear fluid, but a dull ache when you started testosterone is usually atrophy. The only problem with that would be the fact you're on HCG, which should prevent atrophy. Nut pain = doctor visit in my book. ESPECIALLY after a workout, don't want to take chances with a hernia.
