Pain RIGHT after injection

I am in test prop 125mg EOD and I've done two shots yet, everthing alright with no pain, some pip the next day but nothing major.
Today I inject in left delt, and 10 minutes after injection I feel a little pain when I flex the delts. Its not a big pain, but never happen this yet. What is the cause?

Im injecting with 25g in delts, warming the oil a little, cleaning with alcohol swaps in the rubber and in the injection site, aspirating and no blood, no blood also after injection.

what happens today?

Thats completely normal, its nothing, the pain will go away.

Don't flex the muscle so soon after let it chill a bit to adjust to the oil you just injected

Unless you start to see a circle of red the size of a nickel, or a green/blue bruise, don't worry its all part of it. This is the one time in life that the saying no pain - no gain fits!!! I think also, different people are more sensitive in different parts of their body. I can pin my delt, but not my glute due to discomfort

Your fine to lift i just meant don't flex the muscle right after u stick yourself, but even a half hour should be fine to lift after

No i shouldnt, itll most likely make it feel better, based in my experiences at least. But ya dont worry at all its all part of the game.

Its been 2 hours since injectiond ans still hurt when i flex, but no redness
