Painful, Bleeding butt injection!

Hi.. So i learnt how to open up 1ml ampoules of Test-C using a pen cap. It went super clean. So i had only one syringe, i pulled the juice from the bottle and tried to insert in my butt cheek. It wasn't going in and paining the shit out of me so i switched side. I tried again and failed. I tried again and pushed the needle hard (slowly) into my buttcheek and boom! it went in so fast that i felt like i've been bitten by a giant ant or something. I injected slowly and when i pulled it out i was bleeding like hell. Why did this happen? Because i used the same needle i used to pull the juice out? (It was rubbing against the bottom of the bottle alot). Is it fine to bleed?
Second, I injected prior to my leg workout and i've still got pain in that area. Why? I'm worried.
Third, Should i use a syringe filter when pulling out from these 1ml bottles?

U should switch needles.. Especially when it rubs agaisnt the amp

The bleeding is probably cuz u went throught a vein and the pain is probably cuz u used the same needle.. The reason needles are very sharp is to penetrate/cut throught the tissue easily, when u rub it agaisnt something hard it loses sharpness and u r more likely to tear/break throught the muscle and hurtint it a lot more

And from my experience when i go throught a vein in the glute the pinning itself hurts from beggining until i finish injection, the pain wont stop until i pull the needle out

So u can either change needles before injection or be very careful not to rub it

Don't rub the needle against the bottle. That might dull or bend the needle.

What guage needle are you using and what length.

Blood coming out is normal. It happens. You punctured a blood vessel as the needle was going in.

I have these small, 1ml ampoules and yes, i do clean the injection site with an anti-septic lotion. However i do not aspirate, i am not sure how to and i think i wont be able to pull back from the needle after inserting it in my butt since i have to struggle hard in twisting and stuff.

Use alcohol wipes to sterilize.

I don't aspirate either. Have you tried pinning quads and delts? They are both a lot easier to reach than glutes.

You didn't answer the guage and needle length question.
