Paleo diet?

Hey guys, anyone have success with the Paleo diet?

I tried it a while back and my stomach felt great (no bloat of gas) while on it.

I ended up going back to eating things like rice and bread after about 3 weeks. I hated not being able to eat something if i wanted it.

Now my stomach issues are back and i was thinking about going back to eating paleo.

Can you build muscle on a plaeo diet?... it's mostly protein and fat. the only carbs you get are from veggies and fruit. No rice or oatmeal... i think you can have yams tho

3J if you're reading this what do you usually do with a client that has digestive issues?

I tried enzymes... they help but not enough
 
look.. the paleo diet isn't more about macros then it is about acidity and your ph level..

you can gain muscle...

just make sure you eat alot of fruits and veggies.. thats where alot of the benefit comes from .. fruits and veggies keep your bodies ph levels out of the acidic zone..
