You can place them under your tongue for better absorbtion but its just 2 peices of paper with the steroid sandwiched between them . I have used paper Stanozolol and though it was OK.
I used paper dbol and got great results from them. A little more costly so I would not get them again unless I had a reason such as not being able to recieve packages where I live.
Blotter acid. It was an effective way to deliver lsd. It is essentially the same delivery system from what I understand. As for the aas, I have heard it works well. I guess the greatest benefit is that it is not as easily detectible when getting it in the mail.
It all depends on the situation. International shipments are sent as 'documents' and 'nondocuments.' 'Documents', if they really are just paper, aren't subject to scrutiny like 'nondocument' shipments are.
