PCT/Clomid dosing question

The most common pct recommended here is

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

but I have seen -Clomid 300mg day 1, 100mg 7 days and 50mg 22 days
-Clomid 100/50/50/50

Is the recommended pct sufficient or is it the bare minimum? Would it be beneficial to extend the 50mg of Clomid for another week or two? And

would something like this work better? 100/50/50/50/50

Personally I use 100/50/50/50. Its what I recommend to everyone, except heavy cycles I suggest 6 weeks. Extra weeks won't hurt, and when it comes to PCT its always better to overdo it than under do it.

^^^^^^^do this wait two weeks then get bloods done. Hcg on cycle wouldn't hurt either.

ya some like to frontload with 100 the first week. imo 300 is unnecessary. longer/harsher cycles you can run an extra 2 weeks as stated above.

Thanks for the replies guy. Currently running pct. I can't front load now, But I will run the 100/50/50/50/50 model in the future. I understand that it's a slow process and time on is better than doing high doses so I will extend my pct by another week to 50/50/50/50/50.

Sounds good. Just to clarify, you should wait 6 weeks after PCT has ended to do your post cycle bloodwork. Someone above suggested two weeks but its not enough... All values will still be elevated from PCT.
