PCT - is keeping gains a myth? Blast thanet cruise method?

Hello,

I have been doing a fair bit of research and have noticed quite a large number of experienced body builders saying that you never keep your gains after pct it is just a matter of time before they go. Is this true? And if so what are the risks of blasting then cruising method? as an aspiring body builder, when I eventually go down that path should I only take the blast then cruise method to maximise gains?

Regards

Nick

Blast and cruise will make gains easier to keep. But is not something to be taken lightly as it is a lifetime commitment. You are better off cycling for as long as possible, if not forever. Taking appropriate time off in between cycles and using proper pct protocalls

Its true.
i dont believe you can keep the gains from your cycle, no matter how much you eat or how good you pct is, either blast and cruise or dont take it, i myself only take steroid when i want to a boost and i dont expect to keep anything from my cycle..

Most people WHEN they come off will say, Im the same weight i was post cycle but dont realize thy gained fat and lost muscle, i know someone gonna come and give me crap for it.

You'll only lose a substantial amount of gains when coming off if your past your genetic potential (which most pro bodybuilder are.)

If your not, depending how well your diet and training is through PCT you should only lose a little. It will be easy to lose some during that peroid of low test while your natural levels ramp back up to speed. But a good diet and training will keep that to a minimum.

As said above its better to cycle safely for as long as you can. Only once you've past your genetic potential will you need to stay on, but thats a lifetime commitment. You gotta work out if being a bldybuilder is worth being married to a needle the rest of your life.

This is an extremely interesting thread, I think there are a lot of inexperienced users who are curious about this. I for one am curious at what the minimum age would be to consider blasting and cruising with naturally healthy test levels

Yeah I understand but, putting a needle on my ass one or twice a week isn't a problem for me, I mean if I'm willing to jab multiple body parts multiple times a week for a minimum of 2 minutes I don't think it will be a problem doing hrt/trt. I man we are all gonna die eventually and while I'm in my prime golden years of being able to flaunt my body without wife and kids looking at me funny I Should make the most of it right? I'm not doing anything to stupid

But also natural test levels are tiny, I mean they are almost negligible, that's why I don't care if I'm young with high test levels, my test levels arent high enough to even compare to being on 200mg of test a week which wouldn't do anything anyway.

I'm it trying to be ignorant I'm just trying to understand and gain knowledge,

I don't think you understand the commitment. Provided you do things right and live a healthy lifestyle, and you do live to an old age, think about how much fun pinning yourself is gonna be when your 80yrs old? Or 90? A lot of guys already have issues trying to pin glutes or quads due to inflexibilty/joints/too much mass. What if you develop parkinsons? Arthritis? What if anything happens to you at some point in the next 30-50yrs (dont know how old you are) that makes it a bitch and a half to pin?

Then think about this: any girlfriends/wives you pick up are gonna have to find out eventually that you have to pin steroids forevermore just to feel good and perform as a man. Think about the (albeit stupid) stigma behind AAS that the media has pushed on everyone. Couple that with the fact you'd be a huge mofo so they are gonna know you did it to yourself.

What if you go bankrupt/lose your job and cant afford TRT? What if you want to travel somewhere AAS is banned? What if you want to compete in another sport at some point?

Anyhow, I'm rambling... Point is there is a lot to think about when it comes to lifetime commitments. Especially to a needle.
