Are NPC guys blasting & cruising?

Are NPC guys blasting & cruising? I'm just curious as they're are keeping all of their gains. It has came down to me deciding that after my 15 week cycle, I decided that I'm going to cruise on 200mg/week of test (for the next 8-10 weeks w/ HCG). Then run Tren ace again at 400mg/week. Then do a PCT after being on nearly for a year.
