LGD 90 (4-((R)-2-((R)-2,2,2-Truifluoro-1hydroxyethyl) pyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-trifluoroMethyl)benzonitrile) 4mg: Taking 3 capsules

Was going to run Nolva and Clomid for PCT. Wanted to know the proper dosage? Any suggestions.
