Hi yall.

I'm having some friend troubles.

My friend, Cassie, said we could be FWB. You know, oral sex, fondling, but no intercourse.

Well, now she has a BF. She has had many short, stupid, and self-destructive relationships. I know she isn't serious about this one at all.

How can I persuade her to be friends with benefits without making it look like I'm cheating on her?

Possible that you can just wait for her to get pissed at her boyfriend and come see you. Make sure that she knows you are available.
