Looking to start my second cycle, but first time using both trestolone and m-sten (olympus labs tr3st and celtic sten)
Been doing a lot of reading, so this is how I've planned to structure my cycle.
Tr3st - 50/50/50/50 ED
Sten - 20/20/20/20 ED
During - AI cycle support, milk thistle, NAC
PCT
Nolva 20/20/20/20 ED
Clomid 50/50/50/50 ED
My questions are, is the above PCT adequate? Also, in regards to timing of the trest and sten, I've read a lot of people taking the 50mg of trest as a pre workout? I would've thought to just space them separately throughout the day (AM and PM to keep levels consistent) and take a regular pre workout (or not even sure if i should be taking any other supps except maybe creatine and protein).
Anyway, this is my first ever oral only so any advice would be appreciated. Keen to start soon but still want to tick all the boxes before I go ahead.
(bit of background info, 27 years old and have been training for 7 years. Currently sitting at 76kg after cutting down from 84. Hit a bit of a wall during my cut, so looking to put on some lean mass again to fill out a bit more. Feeling small these days).
