Planning to take 800mgs daily to lower cortisol. Is best to take it one time a day after my workout or should I take 400mgs before workout and 400 after workout. From what I heard it seems like it's best to take the whole 800mgs after training. I'm Also on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 100mgs of test e once a week. I know that this lowers cortisol pretty good so would I still need to supplement with phosphatidylserine. Ive always had high cortisol because I run around 30 miles a week and I lift weights. Thanks for any advice

It really depends on you. I recommend splitting up your dosage so that you take is whenever you have high cortisol levels.

Some say it's better to take it post-training, because Phosphatidylserine prevents the rise in cortisol following exercise.

if you're going to dose only once daily, then dose 800mg post-training. If you're going to split it, then dose 400mg either first thing or ~40 minutes pre-training, and then 400mg post-training.

I've been using EndoAmp Max for the last month or so, and I started off splitting my dose, and then went to dosing only first thing, but are now back to dosing pre AND post-training.

Very nice. The A-GPC helps out with GH and IGF-1 levels too, not to mention mental focus.

Yes...it can, but like any GH booster it is best to make sure it is taken away from carbs. In essence, if you want the gh boosting effects make sure to take the EndoAmp on any empty stomach. ;)

Cheers!

Your but should have been an "and", because I didn't mention anything about foods or carbs :nono: :tounge2:

That said, would there be any benefit to taking EndoAmp before bed instead of upon waking?

It is possible. However, you would really have to be in tune with your body and how it reacts. Also, you need to have experience with GH boosters to be able discern whether or not your getting noticeable effects.

I have used EndoAmp Max in this manner and I can I have noticed a difference. However, I didn't really notice anything until I had been taking it pre-bed for about 2 weeks. After that it did help me sleep more peacefully and woke up the next day more refreshed. Additionally, the muscle soreness was cut down quite a bit...even after a heavy 10x3 workout.

Cheers!

I stacked EndoAmp with GHenerate from LG Sciences and have to say my sleep was better using both than using one or the other. It was pretty wild. Melatonin never gave me such good sleep either.

Melatonin works for some and not for others. I prefer valerian root to melatonin as far as helping sleep. However, to each their own.

Cheers!

yeah melatonin doesnt do much for me solo, but when stacked with others relaxers it seems to help.

Magnesium in zma starts to get me sleepy. I noticed tryptophan does the same thing. Primordial Peformance has a sleep stack tea that ive yet to try.
