what youre looking for is a carb/sodium load/deload protocol

10-12% bf
Was going to start cardio 2-3 days a week.

That was my plan so far. Was going to drop them 50 or so over each week as long as I'm still looking full. I've dropped 3lbs over the last 1.5 weeks since I've started. Been meaning to read up on how potassium plays a role in cutting water. I think you had mentioned it in a thread before but I couldn't find it.
