i have glutamine/flax seed oil and calcium pills.. as well as glucosamine (i dont take glucosamine cuz im not sure if its good or not)

anyways.

i was just wondering if the pill form of this stuff is worse than a powder or liquid form. i take the pills because they are a lot cheaper.. and i need that.

i see some articles say take 10-15 g of glutamine. my bottle of pills has 120 pils at 1000mg per pill. it says recommended daily intake is 1-3 pills. wouldn't it be unsafe to be taking 10-15 pills?

any input would be appreciated. thanks.

I see no problem with taking 10-15 pills a day. It's just a pain. Next time you buy glutamine, buy the powder. It's a lot cheaper.

Yeah, 10-15 pills a day would get to be a major pain in the ass.

I would suggest taking the liquid form of the flax oil as it will take like 12-15pills to get what you would get in one tablespoon of the oil.
If you lifting weights, then I don't think you can go wrong with taking the glucosamine either. I prefer a glucosamine/chondroitin blend.
In terms of the glutamine, I'd ditch the caps. If you're going to use it, then stick to the powder form. It will probably be cheaper for you in the end.:)
