PINNACLE & blood test

Zeek, I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for many years and have had 10+ blood test for levels of Test and other health indicators. The blood levels of test can vary as much as 30-40% across all these 10+ blood draws, depending on when you did your last injection (first day after is always the highest), the quality of the injection, your physical activity the day of the blood draw, your body weight and age, and other dietary factors. So, it is not a strong science, but 200 mg/ week of properly dosed Test cyp or Test E should get you in the 1500 ball park. Jon Emberlin's results with 100mg / week could be the upper end of the normal variation based on all the factors I discussed. Perhaps if he was tested again, his results would be more around 1000, which seems more realistic, even if the gear was slightly overdosed.

We don't know where he would test but you are correct in stating that the test level will be higher when the test peaks post injection as opposed to the drop off phase later in the week if there is no other injection.

People vary in thing slike body weight and blood volume and these are factors to be considered but I still don't follow the point you are trying to make in relation to my originally quoting and replying to you.

You stated that his results were not so impressive because you took 300mgs of test and achieved a level 25% higher than his 100mg achieved which is 300% lower than your dosage.

Not trying to kick you in anyway but not really seeing your point.

But regardless of variation and many factors we still can't take away from the op that a tiny dosage of 100mgs of test could put his levels above 1500! that is impressive anyway you analyze it, don't you agree?
 
Was just saying that his reading could have been at a peak, while some of my previous readings were at trough times. I purposely do my blood work at least 7-10 days after an injection (even delaying an injection) to get the trough values, so my Dr keeps me at 300 mg / week. But I agree with you that 100 mg/ week producing a 1500 value is impressive and definitely suggests good gear!!!! I am a medical professional and trust me when I tell you that blood values for anything can have a 10-30% variation even from the same blood draw sent to 2 different labs. Couple that with differences in timing of blood draws versus last injection, physiology differences between people (your own natural test production, etc), and other intangibles, and voila.......as much as 50% variation in what most non-scientifically trained people would consider hard numbers.

These are rather trivial considerations though, as his main point is correct......the gear rocked!!!

Thanks bro! Not new to the game, but have been retired for 4 years from hard core "supplementation". Coming back for a final push! Am in my 40s, but still less than 8% bf and 195lbs @ 5'10". Have lifted religiously for past 25 years. Test replacement therapy (TRT) will keep all your gains if you ever come off for a few years.....consider it.....I tried cold turkey (but with clomid, tamox, HCG) and it was MISERABLE!!!!

OK, I love HGH for fat loss and injury recovery, but never found it great for muscle mass retention or building. For the past 2 years I have cycled HGH 3x a year, 2 months each, at about 2U a day (all 7 days though). Like you, I am older and the HGH helps me recover (running injuries and other tweaks from the weight room) and keeping BF down. Inbetween the HGH cycles have been using semoralin. You like HGH?
 
Been lookin at getting on HGH myself heard only good things for us older guys I am not quite as old as zeek and moppy but upper 30s an thinking its a good time to start.

the problem lies in your protocol my friend!! at 2 months the hgh is just starting to showyou what it ha sbeen doing since the gains are slow coming. Remember the muscle building effect of hgh is directly related to the igf boost and new satellite cell creation, all of which take time to be appreciated. The dosage you were running is also pretty much just an anti aging dosage for most males and while some fat burning can be seen from quality gh at those dosags the muscle building effects don't really start at that low an amount.

cj, if you do nothing else to improve your life, get on hgh!!! It is truly a gift from god to us and the sooner you start the younger you will look 10-20 and moe years from now!! as well as feel young and feel great!
 
Zeek, Agreed that my dosage is too low for real muscle building, should have prefaced that. Using it more for healing and anti-aging benefits, and it does make me feel good. Just dont have the resources for 4-6 U a day, 3 months at a time. But maybe I will save up and do a 3-4 month cycle with 5 U a day. Would love to see what that does. Thanks for the advice bro!!! What dose and duration you using?
