processed flour in the dough , a lot of fatty cheese , all fatty meats , veggies ok . but they do taste so damn good :D

you can make a pizza yourself and make it healthy but most of the store bought pizzas or restaurant pizzas are not as good

an abbundance full fat cheeses and processed refined flours is a recipe for disaster when it comes to getting fat

Think about it you're injesting high amounts of processed carbs and a high amount of saturated fats at the same time
Whilst teh fat will help to decrease the glycemic response of the carbs, insulin will be raised and all that fat?

Once in a while's not gonna kill u though, enjoy in moderation haha

lol working stuff off for me seems to easy ... there have been times i eat 5 slices of pizza... and lose weight .

but i didn't think it was so high in saturated fats... although i might be able to work them off, they not to healthy from what im learnin in biology lol

i think its fine if your bulking.... if i don't have food that i want around the house, on a weekend i sometimes get a large pizza for sat. and a large for sun.

Try making your own with a whole wheat pita. Much lower glycemic than the typical dough used with pizza. Less insulin, so less fat storage too. Plus the shit just tastes good anyways.
