Placed 5th in my first Show!!!!!!

I know I wasn't as lean as I couldv'e been but damn dude i was holding a little water. I guess that wasn't a good pic cause when I hit my ab pose it was good. But yeah I couldv'e leaned down a bit but if you would have seen me before bro. It was a great improvement. But thanks I will take that advise to good heart. I like critisism, that is what makes me better.

I'm glad you didn't get offended. You should have seen me in my first show, I wouldn't even let pictures be taken of me. My quads belonged to one of the female competitors I think
