hy everybody, suppose is the right section to talk about my planning.
i'm curretly 175cm and 71kg, %bf around 13 and i've planning to do a recomp/lean bulk cycle in this way:
1-8(10?) test E 250mg a week
1-8(10?) bold 200mg a week
pct not planned yet, i'm still choosing aas dosage
the goal is to get some lean beef mantaining or increasing a little bit the %bf.
i've just a little bit experience with a mild ph.
1) for my goal you think 200/300 kcal of surplus is better? with a low fat, high protein/carbs
2) the dosage is too low? maybe i'm thinking to increase test to 500mg a week
