Im 42 with 14%bf. 6’0 220lbs. I’ve been on and off cycle for over 10 years. Im trying to hit my goals but am missing something and seeing a kid at the gym bulk up about 40lbs in a month on cycle had me thinking of making changes. My last cycle was:
800mg QW cyp
400mg QW tren
My PCT is fine but my cycle i felt was lacking so i fluctuated the dosage towards the end to see the results and still no physical change. My diet is pretty on point 200g protein minimum about 50carbs at most, and fats. I didn't track my calories last cycle so maybe thats where i was lacking.

Only thing i noticed when shifting dosage was my stamina decreased. I also had severe digestive issues at 600/400.

Im thinking of running another Test/Tren cycle or Test/Deca. Running peptides along side.
