START DATE- hopefully dec 1st
0wk ..maybe a jump start 1000mg test... and or with a PH????
1-16wk-600mg test...
1-14wk deca 300mg
2-16wk estane 10eod
17-22wk estane 20mg
post cycle therapy (pct)-
19wk- 20nolva/ 100mg clomid@5day-50mg@2days
20wk ...20 nolva /50mg clomid
21wk... 10 nolva/50mg clomid
22wk.. 10 nolva/ 50mg clomid
NOTES- I need to take a something for prostate support(cycle support), last year i had a trouble with it around the near end of post cycle therapy (pct), so i dont how to dose it
** I wanted to take some zma or something for extra recovery on and post cycle therapy (pct) maybe.
**I plan to test out DC training too
