I was out of shape for over 4 years I used gears 2 times before (2 cycles )
Now am fat with belly 245lb 35% bf 168 cm so basically fucked up I know and am certain there is no way to start gears in such bad shape but I have to do somthing so what I did was
Note:this shit started at June 2016
June to to end of august I went on diet and lost 45lb and gained 5lb muscles over 2 months on strict diet /training first month was diet with low carbs high protien low fat
the 2nd month was ketosis mode almost 10-30 carbs which comes from vegetables / high protein /low fat
By the start of September 2016 I started winstrol /testp/ primo
8weeks cycle And now by the end of the 3rd week am at
190lb full strength fully motivated 19-20%be and gained an extra 6 lb of muscles ( I go to doctor to always check my gains loses BP etc)
So far 5 weeks left before my cycle end and I start my pct/clen since am so short on time one of the trainers has given me an advice of adding growth hormone on the last 2weeks
My question is should I add 2 weeks of hgh on the cycle while on gears or make it 10 weeks total ( 8cycle 2 hgh)
My 2nd concern is clen doesn't effect me at all I mean it I used it once in my life 4 years ago and it was amazing but now I tried it for 2 weeks with pot/Tur for safty and I felt nothing at 150 mcg maybe slight freaking slight crambs should I use it again ???
3rd question I take only rest days when I feel tired and same goes for cheat meal took 4/4 over 2 and half months
My daily training is without gear
2 days lefting 10-14 hours cardio weekly
Walking with resistance (wights sand/grass/hails)
On gear 3 days abs/2-3 hours cardio resistance
3 days muscle training (big/small) × 2 then leg day each with at least 25 mins cardio and finally one rest day
Do I need to add anything else is what am doing fine I have no more options to easily speak to you guys it's hard to get Internet on my area (desert ) forgive me for my bad English but please help me
