Gatorade is by no means a "best bet". Just eat some carbs, whether it be gatorade, potatos, cereal, smarties, sweet tarts, rice, bagels, etc. and dont forget the fruit.

Are you really suggesting a guy trying to lose BF% eat Sweet Tarts and Smarties post workout?

main ingredient in gatorade, which in your words is the "best bet" pwo, is dextrose.

guess what the main ingredient in smarties and sweetarts is.

you also recommend "simple sugars" pwo. i think smarties and sweet-tarts qualify.

guess what: i also recommend low fat high carb cereal and low fat/fat free ice cream post workout when losing weight. gasp!

I advise anybody whos looking at IF to steer clear. That is unless you WANT to look like a skinny abercrombie model. Id be worried about being catabolic too on that diet since you spend 16 hours a day in a catabolic state.

Difference being gatorade doesn't contain fat, smarties do.

Fat post workout doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but you're obviously the nutrition guru.
 
I belive the most important thing to do pwo is to get a mix of carbs and protein in it doesn´t have to be a specific amount just give the body something to work with. wheter it´s a shake or rice and chicken matters less I think.

why do people obsess about their special PWO shake with this exact amonut of this and that. they could do so much more if they kept their focus on all the other meals.
 
I don't know, i'm in the 12-13% range year round with zero cardio (other than sex) and no green tea sups or shit like that. I have ROUGHLY 75g of fast carbs pwo...whether it's a bunch off fruit snacks, grape juice, dextrose powder, sugar candy, who cares, it's not going to make you fat if you had a hard workout. I used to not take it, but since I have, the results are great, recovery is so much better. All that sugar is going to be glycogen stored.

Now, if you pumped in 300grams of sugar, sure you might start the fat storage process. I'm sure everyone is different and that pwo carb range could be from 30-100g...it's something you have to play with and find out what works best for you.

Now, to the original poster who wants to loss bf fast...I'd recommend searching the internet for "timed-carb diet"...it's a pain in the ass but works. Also, every morning, wake up, take a fat burning supp (eca stack i would reccommend) and go for a run. You do this every morning on an empty stomach and you get results quickly. You just need to watch the intial hunger spikes you will get from this early morning metabolism jump start. Keep the diet in check and this i a good bet. Don't worry so much about exact macro counts and crap...i feel that's only neccesary for those trying to get from 6% bf to 4-5% bf if you get my drift.
 
Also - if you can still buy it what ratio do you suggest- 25 mg of Ephedra and 200 mg of Caffeine - something like that?
 
some people in certain states i believe can get it over the counter at walmart or truck stops...i can not. But i can get it online if i provide my driver's license and ss card.
 
Are we talking about Ephidrene or Ephedra. Is this the same thing? You see ECA Stacks like Yellow Devils online with 25 Ephidrene and 300 caf but not sure if this is real or even what you are talking zbout using.
