i made this up last night. I kinda took needsize's routine and modified it to my liking. hope he doesnt mind

tell me what u think

day 1 - back, biceps, shoulders
deadlift 5x5
bent over laterals 2x10
shrugs 2x10
rows 2x10
chins 2x10
standing barbell curls 5x5
incline dumbell curls 2x10
preacher curls 2x10
cable curls 2x10
military presses 5x5
bent over laterals 2x10
dumbell front raises 2x10

day 2 - legs, calves
squats 5x5
leg presses 2x10
stiff legdeadlift 2x10
leg extensions 2x10
leg curls 2x10
calve raises ? x 25 ? = until im tired and cant do them anymore

day 3 - chest, triceps
flat bench - 5x5
incline dumbell - 2x10
incline flys 2x10
close grip bench 5x5
dips 2x10
skull crushers 2x10

day 4 - back, biceps, shoulders
see day 1

day 5 - legs, calves
see day 2

day 6 - chest, tris
see day 3

day 7 - rest

5 11.5
165 natural (soon to go 300mg test E in about a month)

Overtraining. Maybe not now, maybe not in a month, but eventually.

With that kind of volume, believe me, you WILL reach a state of overtraining pretty quickly. Bro, you've got 33 sets on back/bi/shoulder day, 11 of which are strictly for biceps, ON TOP of the back work, which also hits bi's. However, that's not the biggest problem I've got with your split, it's the 6 days per week deal. Listen to me on this, PLEASE. I used to lift 6 days per week, split it up almost exactly like you have yours. I didn't grow or get stronger for over 6 months, after the first month or so (before I was overtrained). When I cut it way back, that's when I started seeing rapid gains.

If you split it up like that, then you need to be going 3 days per week, NOT 6.

Too much volume is the biggest killer to a program/split.
