Ohh i was just wondering since all those items. For one i'd assume you'd be starting out thinking im gonna cut a few hundred calories to be in a deficit. Then you add the T3, which will make even higher deficit, plus the tren giving fat burning qualities. And if you kept clen, that'd even be a bigger cut. And im too me it sounds impossible to gain any muscle during that, but I don't see why you couldnt keep the muscle you have. With being at 18% BF I could easily see you killing that BF % hard with all those items.
