Hi there,
I am starting my "cut" on Monday and I am finalizing my diet.
Cutting Diet
5:30am- 2 scoops Nitrean, ½ cup oatmeal
9:00am- 2 scoops Nitrean, 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
12:00pm- 2 scoops Nitrean, veggie of choice
Post-workout: 3 scoops Nitrean, 5 tablespoons dextrose
8pm – veggie of choice, 2 scoops Nitrean, 1 sweet potato
11pm- 2 scoops Nitrean, 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
This works out to 2500 calories: 321g protein, 71g fat, and 161g of carbs.
My question is are all my basic dietary needs covered in terms of essential fatty acids and basic nutrients my body needs? I know the flax will cover omega-3, but what about omega-6?
Thanks!
