Im going into college this fall, and i need some help with the best foods(cheap) that I can use.
I have been recruited as a 2 sport athlete, and have been lifting since I have been 12. Ive competed in powerlifting and fitness competitions and have a sturdy background in nutrition and training.
right now im 208, and 7-8%bf. I have always been very lean and a 6-pack. I eat very clean and am looking for good foods to make snaks out of or small meals while in college.
right now I have non fat cottage cheese, canned tuna, natural peanut butter, and whole wheat english muffins(less carbs and calories than bread)
