Please help. Upped my food intake to bulk and am getting sick.

Here is a little info on me. I'm 32, 6' tall and weigh about 135lbs. I started working out last week and eating like crazy to bulk up. I joined up here b/c I got a cycle of Test Cyp to start on, but after speaking to a few people on here I've decided to hold off for awhile and get my diet and routine down first. I'm taking at least 10g of Creatine Mono hydrate a day, drinking 24-32oz of Russian Bear 5k weight gainer, and taking GNC MV's. Eating lots of eggs, tuna, chicken and drinking a shit ton of milk.

On to the sickness. My biggest problem is mornings. If I wake up around 4-5, I am absolutely starving which is usually good. I don't normally get sick. When I wake up 8-9 (most often) I'm not hungry at all and have to force myself to eat. These days I almost always get sick. I'm not throwing up, just feel really bad. I feel almost like I'm coming down with the flu, and get really bad headaches. It is usually gone in a couple of hours or after I eat again that I feel fine. I tried not drinking any Creatine or RB shakes yesterday to see if that helped, and it didn't. I got up this morning and ate 5 eggs and toast and still feel like crap now. Anyone know something I can do to help stop this? Day's I don't get sick a eat a lot more.
 
try spreading your meals out through out the day instead of gorging a couple times a day eat 6-8 good portions through out the day this way you body gets a nice even nutrition levels.
Also you might just be going at this a little to hard,you want to get most all of your nutrition-cals,fats, proteins and others from whole foods not shakes and weight gainer.IMO try concentration on whole food meals like lean beef,chicken,fish and dairy and you want lots of greens in there.The fresher the better the darker the more healthy.

Drew buddy, I think that may do it. I tried eating smaller, every 2.5-3 hrs, yesterday and today and feel great. Thanks for the advice man!
