Here is what I have been eating on a regular basis. will sometime switch the meats around. the meats are chicken, fish (various kinds not sure what is good or not so good), ground turkey.
I am looking to add lean muscle and a little size while losing my gut (not too bad).
Im 5'10 and 175 (lost 20 since dec by cutting sugar and crap out of diet)
on cyp and deca 300.

7:00 protien shake
6 egg whites w/fat free cheese
1/4 cup oats (really hard for me)
1/2 whole grain english muffin
8 workout
9:30-10 protien shake
1/2 cup brown rice
ground turkey
11 few almonds or maybe a spoonful of peanut butter
12-12:30 1 chicken breast w/broc or green beans
2-230 ground turkey
4 turkey with a few almonds
6 can of tuna dry
8 meat with veggie

The diet is new to me so any help or advice would be appreciated

Whats your goal? Looks like you are really eating alot of protein.. Are you trying to bulk? Your carbs are really low so looks more like a cut cycle. Also you may want to add some fatty acids like Omega 3's Will help your joints and skin. Are you doing any cardio?

I want to add 10 lbs or so but not really bulk too much. trying to add lean muscle but not real sure which direction to go. Do i have too much protien? need more carbs? I have been taking omega 3 fish oil as well as multi vitamins. thanks

If you are trying to add some lbs.. You may want to add some more carbs. Sweet potato are good. One way to look at it is gram of protein for your goal weight. Or 1.5grms per goal weight. some may argue. Just my thoughts.

So cut some protien back and add more carbs? I do want to bulk a little just wanna make sure I add clean weight. So all in all with a few modifications the diet is ok in your opinion? I appreciate your help btw...
And I do cardio 4-5 days a week.

well if you are 175 lbs and want to be 185 i would probably say eat between 300-370grams per day. Gets tricky to add mass and stay lean. sometimes its easier to put on mass then cut.

It needs red meat. Try roast beef sandwiches with veggies too. Turkey, chicken tuna thats all good for cutting but you want mass eat pizzas Burgers shit like that. Casein protein shakes with ice cream and milk. Bulking is easy and enjoyable eating. YOu can burn it off dont worry bout getting to fat your only 175.

Thanks DLove. I am beginning to see. Havent been on in 5 years or so and im 3 weeks in and getting solid as a rock but not seeing the gains i would like. so i guess its just time to pound it down and cut it off when im done. So bulk while on and cut while off?

Well kinda. When off cycle the only way to be happy and still see gains is actually to up the Cal's even more.

You are not eating enough carbs. 1/4 cup of oats, 1/2 ww english muffin, and 1/2 a cup of brown rice. you dont want to go lower then your weight in carbs, imo, unless you are competing in which you should only go very low for the last 4 weeks or so of your contest prep. youll end up putting your body in starvation mode and it will hold onto everything you eat. you weigh 175 so you should get atleast 175 grams of carbs. i cut with more carbs then my bodyweight, not much but about 40 grams more then my weight. protein should be 1.5-2 gams per pound that you weigh. if you eat 6 meals a day, use 8oz of meat for the meals with meat and if you eat 8 meals, you can eat 6oz at those meals. 40-50 grams of protein per meal is plenty. if you keep up with that diet, you will become very tired and you will be pissed all the time, not to mention the headaches. i did a 50 gram carbs per day and it put me in starvation mode.
