Please help

Ok so I am 19 and have been lifting for about 6 years b/c of football but bulking and eating right for about 2 years.I'm 6'3 195 pounds right now and ripped as hell b/c my body burns fat so easily. I'm planning on playing football next year and need a nice bulk before i do and i am considering running a halovar cycle. Now before you kill more and tell me im too young please understand i am not an ignorant kid and i know all the risks involved. I know my endocrine system is not fully developed and what it can do to your liver so ple4ase do not preach to me. I know how much I can gain with a proper diet and how at this age my body is in an anabolic state already. I want to get stronger and bigger though so i can preform a final cut before the season. I want to take halovar with recycle and an organ shield. If anybody can inform me what else to take and how long to take it it would be much help. I havent decided to take it yet and i am still considering my options but DONT preach to me on why i shouldn't

I won't preach to you about why you shouldn't do it.I will suggest

creatine, a good mutli v,a soild weight gaining supplement,at your age your still growing and can make massive gains with correct diet and trainning.what spot are you planning on playing?

yea i know im doing all of that right now eatine n e where between 3500-4500 cals a day

ibut i want strength gains also thats why i am considering a short pro cycle and then start conditioning and speed training

for strength gains simply changing your workouts would go a long way.def for wideout I'd do a naturally lean bulk you don't want to end up like david boston
 
Listen man, no one is gonna tell you what you wanna hear if its stupid. you don't know about the risks. If you did you would know you will be gaining strength too fast which can have damaging effects on the tendons, as they won't have to time to acclimate to the new strength thus compromising their integrity.

Then when you come off you will lose most if not all of those strength gains. Now you are just as strong as you are now, and you will possibly have weaker tendons. Not what you want as a young football player.

You got a great wide out build. Eat more, change up your routine. Plenty of strength routines out there that can do the same thing you are looking for without taking a shortcut.

Yea i understand that. But also i have workout partners who have ran a short cycle with with a pct and organ shield/milk thistle etc and it turned out very well for them. These risks are really all speculations because they do not test these products on people my age. Yes their is a chance i could take it and stop growing, loose all my gains that i got on the cycle, mess up my test, and injure my joints and tendons. But there is also a chance that i could respond fine with minimal effects and keep most of my gains. There has to be alaest some sort of way i can take it and minimize the risks? Joint support supps? maybe a lower dose of Halo?

No one is gonna agree with you just because you want them too if agreeing with you is wrong. Of course you may be fine. Only you can tell that. What I'm telling you is you're looking for a shortcut when you don't need it. But if you wanna take one, do it. no one can stop you.

from the looks of things, rj is dead on in that you are really not ready, and are only looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, even if its post #56 versus the first 55 that say bad idea

Just got back from gym had a great workout and realized its not worth it. F*ck it i guess you all are right time to up my cals protien and carbs again and man up.

just busting balls brother. good on ya. Believe me, you got plenty of time to get all jacked up on juice later. You're young. Get big natty and fuck everything in sight. Thats the key to a successful young adulthood. :D

Ha yea i figured i should listen to people who have been doing this all lot longer than I have lol I got the second part down time to put in more work on getting big natural:laugh3: Appreciate the help

listen, if there is one thing you need to focus on, even if people tell you otherwise. You need to add cheat meals in throughout the week. Not ice cream and chips, good kcals from wherever. BK, MCDonalds, Pizzas, whatever.

One of the key components to getting big is eating big, but eating super clean ALL the time won't do it. You need to eat. So pick a time each week. I like EOD and have a cheat meal. Just don't forget to eat all your other meals that day.

fk low carb...obviously its optimal for anyone in single digit bf.....but like you said, eat big to get big

if anyone is training to get big, they should be going hard, and itll more than compensate for the extra calories
