Please help!

Alright guys, this is my first post. I have been working out for the last 3 years. I am currently 19 5'11 and 160 pounds. I workout 4 times a week with a pretty good diet. I have been using Jack3d and Con-cret creatine for a little while but am looking to get a little more serious. Heres my question: Where to start?
I would like to know a good beginner cycle, nothing too crazy. My friends have recommended taking beastdrol but I am kind of sketchy about it. Please help!
