Meal 1.
5 egg whites, 3 whole. 1 serving gainer (40 pro,500 cals), 1 cup oatmeal

meal 2
2 protein bars (26 g's pro)

Training********

post shake (ABB XXL, and 3 scoops optimum whey)

post meal ....meal 3.
2 chicken breasts grilled, 1 cup brown rice, gainer
1 cup frozen peaches

meal 4.
2 protein bars or 2 cans/packets of tuna (sometimes 3)
salad
gainer

meal 5 .
steak or 2 chix breasts
brown rice or noodles.
salad or veggies

Meal 6 shake and cottage cheese


all snacks between are veggies or fruit.

Couple of questions--why just egg whites-if you are bulking the whole egg makes sense. Too many protein bars they are great as a filler up snack on the go, but if you can get real food that is better. Are you allergic to dairy because there doesn't seem to be much of it in your diet?
 
When you run out of weight gainer, I wouldn't buy more. They tend to be full of sugar. Just pick up some regular whey next time.

Eat more carbs in your pre training meal. You want to make sure you will have enough energy to get through your workout.

Try and avoid eating so many protein bars. There are better ways to get quality protein in your diet.

Have you calculated Calsories, carbs, protein, fat?
