I have planned my next cycle which I'll start mid-december.
I'm 28, I weigh 185lbs, 5' 11", 9 years of training but I've only gotten into it seriously (i.e. diet and supplementation since 2008). BF is approximately 16%..
Last cycle was Deca 500mg/week (8 weeks) Test P 675mg/week (10 weeks). Great gains, managed to keep about 22lbs or the 27lbs I've gained thoughout the cycle. Dosages were higher than I should've gone for and I'm greatful I didn't suffer from any sides. I know much more about AAS now, which has allowed me to come up with my own cycle this time.
My goal is to gain approximately 20lbs of lean muscle mass and lower my bf% to around 10-11%..
