I'm on Androgel 1.62 and I take 4 pumps a day.

I take 150iu's of hCG daily.

My E2 is 27 (3-70)

My total T is 838 (348-1197) and Free T is 19 (8.7-25.1)

I started on injections and I did well on that too. I just got tired of injections and got the Androgel from the VA for free so I took it and I'm glad it works.

Not bad. How are you feeling? E2 is a little on the low side, but some guys feel great with an E2 ~20. If you feel that there is room for improvement, it might be a good idea to back off the Anastrozole a little bit.

I'm feeling good in general but I can tell when it's time for an injection. I'd like to see my levels more in the 800's - 900's on injection day.

Yeah my E2 is usually high so I'm surprised to see it at 19. Probably because I'm only taking HCG E4D now instead of 3x per week like I was before. I've also lowered the dose to from 500 iu injections to 250 iu injections.

So question, how do I take a lower dose of anastroze every 4 days? I'm currently using a pill splitter to split a 1mg pill into quarters.

I could take the 0.25 mg every 8 days instead of 4 but I'm worried that could swing my E2 between doses. Not sure what to do here.

Nice glad to hear androgel is working for you. Have you just recently started on it? If so just make sure to get bloodwork done every month or so just to make sure your levels stay that way..

When I was on T gel my first set of bloodwork results came back great. Total T was in the 1,000's. I kept using the same dose and then bloodwork came back 800's.

Then 700's.

Then 600's.

We increased te dose a few times until I was taking double the original dose and applying the gel 2x per day and I still couldn't get back into the 800's.

Then I said fuck this and switched back to injections.

Are you sure that you even need an AI? You may not even need it on that protocol. If you've already determined that you need it, are you able to split the pills to even smaller doses or is that not doable?

You could also talk to your doctor about using Anastrozole from a compounding pharmacy. They will be able to compound a pill to the exact dose that you need without the need for a pill splitter.

Yeah in my experience without an AI my e2 gets into the 40's+ And splitting the pills any more than a quarter is tough without smothering it into little crumbs. I could have my doc prescribe me a lower dose from a compounding pharmacy, but they would be 5x as expensive as I'm paying for the pills I'm getting now.

I've ordered some Exemstane and am going to try switching to that to see how that works.

I see.

I don't have any experience with Exemestane, but it seems that many guys find it easier to deal with. You could also look into Liquidex from the site sponsor. Again, no personal experience with it but people here seem to like it.

What happened ?
You scared the bejesus out of me...
Did you run labs on this protocol?
And it all went away after switching to injects?

The only labs the endos took was testosterone level, after the initial battery of labs to check my prostate, thyroid, liver, etc. I only had the side effects while taking androgel, I did not get them from axiron...but axiron did not work for me because it made me sweat badly for an hour after using it and I sweated out all the testosterone - 6 months after starting it my levels were lower than before I began.

There is something in the delivery mechanism of Androgel that my body simply hated. No idea what, but it went away a few days after I quit using it and returned a few days after I restarted. Almost no one will have the sides I had - only 1% - but they are something to keep in mind so you are forewarned.

The only side effects of using injections is the desire to exercise and lose fat. :)

Hi,
I've been on since April and the numbers do jump around. I was at 489 with 2 pumps, then it went to 600 on 2 pumps. Then it went to 838 on 4 pumps and then 508 on the same 4 pumps. Then back in the 800's the following month.

I just decided to go by feel at this point. The numbers jump around too much for me to really follow it
