This diet is very similar to what Ryan Reynolds used to cut for blade trinity and amnityville horror. Same protein bars he used although I prefer muscle milk over any other shakes. I figure if I keep it at two shakes per day with the fat content ill be okay. I opted for ground turkey over turkey patties also to cut down on fat content since I have other sources of good fats through diet. Im 6 ft 207lbs about 13% bf. Id like to lean down naturally without losing a lot of muscle, hopefully get to 8% or so. Ill be taking ephedra and 1 andro pill every other day until I lean down before doing a real cutter for this upcoming spring. Cardio 5 days a week for 30 min. please let me know what you think.
*I also love the idea of this diet because it would be easy to keep it up and continue for any desired amount of time, which is a big plus to prevent getting burnt out and quitting.
2 eggs, half cup egg whites, packet plain oatmeal with cinnamon and sweet ‘n’ low packet, spoonful of almond butter
tri-o-plex protein bar
green beans, small sweet potato, ground turkey (might put some low carb spaghetti sauce or salsa on ground turkey to add some spice)

workout- muscle milk shake, half Gatorade bottle
