plumb beneath the nipple and on a cycle

Hey everyone, I've Started running a cycle 3 weeks ago, Prop 750 Deca 500 and I started getting side effects of gyno, sore nipple and I found a very small plumb beneath my nipple it's only on the chest, Shall I stop and start PCT with Armadix on it , or what ? Please Help me
