Plz critique my HPTA restart protocol

Hi all!

Hoping i can get your expertise!


Day 1-42 (6 weeks): hCG 250iu eod.

Day 1-42 (6 weeks): Anastrozole 0.5mg/week in divided doses.

Day 43: Test fT and E2.

Day 44 (or whenever results arrive): Receive lab results. If T is still low, stop here and do TRT. If T is good, do the following:

Day 44-85 (6 weeks): Nolvadex 20mg eod.

Day 44-85 (6 weeks): Anastrozole 0.5mg/week (in divided doses).

Day 84: Test LH/FSH, fT and E2.

Day 85 (or whenever results arrive): Receive lab results. If either LH/FSH or T is bad, start TRT. If both are good, then pop a bottle of champagne and keep your fingers crossed hoping your body can maintain on its own.

Day 86-92 (1 week): Nolvadex 10mg eod.

Day 86-92 (1 week): Anastrozole 0.25mg/week.

Day 92-98 (1 week): Nolvadex 5mg eod.

Day 92-98 (1 week): Anastrozole 0.125mg/week (in divided doses).

Day 99: Clean / Done

Day 118 (3 weeks after last dose of anything): Test LH/FSH, fT and E2.

is this coming off a blast and cruise for many years?

I'll post u the proper protocol with the tips. yours is way too complicated IMO.....

1-16 Days: 2500IU HCG EOD (Single Shot)
1-45 Days: 20mg Nolva ED (Single Dose)
1-45 Days: 100mg Clomid ED (Split 50,50 twice a day, 12 hours apart)
~500iu HCG a day was not enough to make the testicles do their job, need 2500IU to reset.
~Even if B.C w/ 500IU HCG yearly, still need to Blast HCG protocol
~After 16 Days, Blood test for Test, if 400+, then drop HCG and Finish Rest
~If HCG protocol does not fire up balls, then redo it.
~Clomid Must ALWAYS be taken with Nolva.
~Do Not take Asprin when running HCG.
~Desensitization to HCG took around 2 months, 2500IU is Okay

Thanks for the input buddy!

That is WAY more meds than what im looking at. Want to get opinions from the "less is more" advocates in regards to HPTA. Read a lot on it and see what people here think. Never been on a blast and cruise. I think its a "natural" shutdown.
