Just get 300 pounds of steroids and put them in a box.

Tie rope around box

Tie other end of rope to your feet

Hang for one hour from the pullup bar with the box dangling from your feet

Do this for say 6 months, and you will be taller!

I watch a show about this, they broke the leg bone and installed some metal device to turn everyday to lengthens the bone while it heals.

You have had the answer replied to and roids wont make you grow. Sorry you dont like how you are but at your age nothing will make tyou grow. So you will stop asking look at all of the the short profesionall bodybuilders and if the roids made people grow they would be tall and very few of them are even close to 6ft. Most around 5'7"-5'8"

We now that its not a joke. Steroids will not make you taller. If anything they can stunt growth by motivating the epiphyseal plate to keep you from gaining any height. Now just a heads up estrogen is the mitigator for the plates to close. Do some research on this but for anti estrogens to work you would have to take them prior to the release that shuts off the growth.
